Hamyari Education Fund is an independent nonprofit organization incorporated and administered in Ontario, Canada. Rooted in a long-standing academic and donor community, the Fund supports eligible post-secondary students in Iran through scholarships, bursaries, student awards, and academic recognition initiatives.

Leadership Circle and Community Supporters
About the Leadership Circle
The Leadership Circle includes educators, alumni, community leaders, and supporters who share a commitment to educational opportunity and student success. Members contribute through advocacy, academic review, and community engagement.
Except where otherwise identified, Leadership Circle members do not hold governance roles, exercise operational control, or serve as authorized signatories of Hamyari Education Fund.

Dr. Esfandiar Jahangard
Professor of Economics at Allameh Tabataba'i University. His research specializes in the intersection of digital technology, big data analytics, and macroeconomic industrial development.

Dr. Mahmood Khataie
Dr. Mahmood Khataie is a veteran Professor of Economics at Allameh Tabataba'i University and one of the early academic leaders behind Hamyari's volunteer-led student support efforts in Iran. He also serves as a Director of Hamyari Education Fund.

Dr. Mohammad Sattarifar
Esteemed macroeconomist and former Vice President of Iran, where he chaired the Planning and Management Organization.

Dr. Mostafa Sharif
Dr. Mostafa Sharif is a senior faculty member in the Faculty of Economics at Allameh Tabataba'i University and supports volunteer-led Hamyari student recognition activities in Iran as a local academic coordinator.

Dr. Morteza Chini-Chian
A veteran Professor of Economics and expert in international commerce and economic models who has served as a faculty member at Allameh Tabataba'i University alongside other prominent academic institutions.

Dr. Saeid Moshiri
Professor of Economics at the University of Saskatchewan and a former Associate Professor at Allameh Tabataba'i University.His globally recognized research spans energy economics and productivity trends.

Dr. Abdolali Tahmasbi
Prominent industrialist and Chief Executive Officer of the Savana group, specializing in corporate agribusiness management and large-scale supply chain operations.

Dr. Davoud Danesh Jafari
Eminent economist and former Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance for Iran. He serves as a senior macroeconomic advisor to the Expediency Discernment Council.

Dr. Ehsan Abdoh Tabrizi
Academic researcher and analyst specializing in modern political history and regional governance, bridging socio-economic trends with global political risk.

Dr. Mahnoush Milani
Professor of Economics at Allameh Tabataba'i University with an academic focus on public sector economics, industrial organization, and market competitiveness visible.

Dr. Nasser Khiabani
Professor of Economics at Allameh Tabataba'i University, widely recognized for his quantitative research in dynamic economic modeling and energy subsidy reforms.

Dr. Hossein Abdoh Tabrizi
Distinguished financial economist and founder of Eghtesad Novin Bank, Iran’s first private commercial bank. He previously served as the Secretary General of the Tehran Stock Exchange.

Dr. Roya Seyfi-Pour
Professor of Economics specializing in monetary economics and banking systems, tracking commercial credit risk allocation and financial stability.

Dr. Lotfali Bakhshi
Veteran economist and advisory board member who spent over four decades teaching international commerce, corporate insurance, and trade policy.

Dr. Fatemeh Mirjalili
Applied economic researcher focusing on regional development and public finance, specializing in statistical modeling for value-added tax compliance.

Dr. Behrouz Hadi-Zanouz
Emeritus Professor of Economics at Allameh Tabataba'i University. He is a highly regarded national expert on regional urban planning, industrial policy, and transportation infrastructure.
